Playing Stravaganza

Stravaganza is a unique that very few people have heard and even fewer have played.  If you haven't played this game then it would be a good idea to read the basic rules and play for free initially.  The best place to practise playing this game is at the Omni Casino.
    To win you will need to have a higher point total than the dealer.  Aces are worth one point, face cards are worth ten and numerical cards are worth their numerical value.
    To start you will need to place a wager on the play button and choose whether or not you want to play the progressive $1 bet.  After doing this the cards will be dealt.  Your two cards face up and the dealer's three cards face down.  At this point you may get your Money Back, but only if your point total is 5 or less.  You can get half your money back if your hand total is between 6 - 9 by rescuing your bet.  You can Sit on your bet if your point total is 10 or more, but if you do this you will not get the third card.  The plus side it you will not be required to bet any more additional funds.  The last option is to play on.  When you do this you will required to place a wager equal to your initial bet.  You will in return get to flip over and use your third card in your stravaganza hand.
    At the end of the hand, any winnings from your progressives will be paid out and one of five situations will arise.  First if the dealer's hand has a higher point total, then you will lose all of your bets.  If the your point total is better than the dealer's total, then you will win all of your bets.  The previous two rules may be overruled by the next two rules.  If the dealer's first card is a red Ace then you will have your play bet lost and your play on bet pushed back.  If the dealer's hand has a red Ace for the second and third card then you will lose both bets.  This rule overrides the previous rules, the points total will be irrelevant in this case.
    A bonus pay out will be paid 3:1 on your play bet if have a 3 of a kind 5's to K's and a bonus payout of 1.5:1 on your play bet will occur if you have three face cards in your hand.
    This game may seem complicated, but if you start playing it you may find it much less complicating.
